SheetCraft ("the App") adds a DTF gang sheet builder to a Shopify store. Shoppers upload artwork, arrange it on a print sheet and add the sheet to their cart; the merchant receives a print-ready file for each order. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is used.
Artwork shoppers upload. Image files and the sheet layouts built from them are stored so the merchant can print the order. Uploads are linked to a random identifier kept in the shopper's browser, not to a name, email address or customer account.
Orders. For orders that contain a gang sheet, the App stores the order number, date, totals, payment and fulfilment status, and the buyer's name, email address, phone number and shipping address, so the merchant can see who each sheet is for in the App. Orders without a gang sheet are not stored.
Saved and unpurchased sheets. If a shopper is signed in to the store, or chooses to enter their email to save a sheet for later, that name and email are stored with the sheet so the merchant can send them a link back to it. Shoppers can also leave a note for the printer.
Products. The App creates and reads the merchant's gang sheet products and their variants (sizes and prices).
Data is used only to run the builder, generate print files and show them to the merchant in the App. Artwork is never sold, shared with third parties for their own use, or used to train models. If the merchant uses AI background removal, the selected image is sent to our image-processing provider solely to produce the cut-out and is not retained by them.
When Shopify sends a customer redaction request, the gang sheets and order details for the listed orders are deleted and the customer's name, email and phone are removed from any saved sheets. All data and files for a store are deleted 48 hours after the App is uninstalled, when Shopify sends the shop redaction request.
